Adequate, at best. I'm a traveler that checks for bedbugs, regardless of the hotel's star rating. While I didn't find bedbugs, I found dead boxelder and Japanese lady beetles behind the nightstands and bed. Along with the dead bugs, was a good deal of dust. The baseboards were dirty/dusty and were a bit in disrepair. The bathtub's enamel looked pretty worn; and while the bathroom was very clean, they should do little things like removing dingy caulk around the toilet base and tub spigot; and repair the towel rack, as it was pulling away from the wall. The breakfast was fine. Typical powdered eggs, scrambled, etc. The staff failed to wipe down the tables in the breakfast area from one user to the next. On the positive, there appeared to be a fresh coat of paint in the common areas, and new flooring in the common areas and my room. Staff was polite.

Room was clean, no bad smells. Nice big fridge and microwave. Plenty of towels and linens. I did not have breakfast but the breakfast area looked great! Front desk clerk was cheerful and helpful. Property around the area needs help, I’m sure it’s no fault of hotel ownership cause the place right next to it is run down and boarded up. Frontage road is absolutely atrocious, full of potholes. I’d stay again.

Very nice and helpful staff. The grounds are a little messy and the neighbors, which of course they can’t control, are abandoned buildings. The price was right so I would stay here again.

The check in was quick and complete,rooms have been remodeled and are very nice. HVAC system in the room was quiet and worked very well. Breakfast was good with honest to god real eggs.
