"We had a fabulous stay here the staff are amazing. We stayed in a junior suite which had an amazing balcony but I felt the room could have been a little bigger for the cost. We rearranged the room a bit and removed a chair etc to give us a little more space. Breakfast buffet was spectacular with lots of options and good coffee. The pool was stunning with fabulous views across the city and the roof top bar was a lovely spot. The staff were what made the stay amazing. With 10 minutes to go before our car to the airport was due we realised we had left our toddlers headphones in another restaurant close by. As it was pouring with rain the hotel sent a bel boy to the restaurant to pick them up. He went and came back in the pouring rain within 10 minutes so that we had the headphones 🎧 for the long flight home to Australia. They often went over and above and had lots of local knowledge happy to share. They also packed us snacks boxes for the flight as we would miss breakfast but we couldn't carry it all."

"We are currently on a month long trip through VN, Singapore, and Maylaysia. When we checked in at Grand Saigon Hotel a few days ago, we are on the final leg of the trip. This will be hotel #7 for the trip. Our experience at this hotel so far is the best. Overall the sevice level is great. Every employee was friendly and polite. However, I may have still considered staying and trying out another hotel before the end of this trip or a future trip. That quickly changed when we interacted with ELVIS in the breakfast buffet area. He was very friendly and attentive. He made us feel very welcome and truly gives off the vibe that he enjoyed ensureing we have a great experience. He remembered our drink preferences but continues to offer other choices that we ended up trying and enjoying. What is even more impressive is we noticed he was that way with everyone. He is truly a great employee and a very valuable asset to your hotel. I will definitely stay here again in the future and will highly recommend this hotels to all my friends and family. I will tell all of them to talk to him. He made this a great experience and I hope management gives him the recognitions he deserves. Again, this is hotel #7 for us. While the experiences at other hotels are good, ELVIS was truly the great difference here."
