Luxury Golf Frontline Penthouse - Andalucia Costa Del Sol Open de España Nov-22

Relax and recharge in beautiful surroundings in the exclusive Los Flamingos gated community, next to 5-star Villa Padierna Palace hotel and the Los Flamingos, Alferini and Tramores golf courses.

Our comfortable and well equipped flat sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 small children, there are 2 double beds, 1 child bed and 1 baby cot (on request). The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. In addition there is a shower room with toilet.
The kitchen/ lounge opens up onto the main, west-facing terrace (40 sq.m.). At the rear of the flat there is a further east-facing terrace(30 sq.m), so there is always a choice of sun and/or shade during the day.

There are 3 adult and 2 children’s’ pools (unheated) with sun loungers available. During the summer season there are 2 on-duty lifeguards, with one pool reserved for adults only. During the winter season 1 pool remains open, for both adults and children. In addition to a wonderful tropical garden there is also a private playground, artificial putting and chipping greens, and a Padel tennis court.
There is an on-site day-time concierge and a night-time security guard as well as the Los Flamingos security.

The apartment is situated approx. 50 mins from Malaga airport and 45 mins from Gibraltar airport. Marbella, Puerto Banus, Estepona and all the Costa del Sol has to offer are within easy reach. Access to a car is recommended - we have two dedicated parking spaces in the garage, accessible by lift.

The nearest beach is about 5 mins by car. It is a peaceful, wide stretch of sand, perfect for walking, childrens' play and of course swimming and simply soaking up the sun. For more adventure/ glamour there are a number of alternative beaches nearby.

There are 3 well-stocked supermarkets, a pharmacy, 2 petrol stations, 2 garden centres, 2 Chinese bazaars and a small selection of restaurants located in Bel-air, 5 mins by car.
There is also a small childrens’ soft-play centre next to the Supeco supermarket.
There are tennis facilities locally within 5 mins by car and numerous golf options in the area beyond Los Flamingos.

Beautiful complex with very high quality facilities with breathtaking views over the golf course and sea. Outdoor space with the apartment were the best we have experienced. Loved our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1-week stay in June with our little one. The flat was new and kept spotless clean. The beds were firm and comfortable. It was well equipped for families with young children. There was a cot bed, children's stool and dining set. There were two large balconies with amazing views – one facing the communal garden and the other facing outward overlooking a vast expanse of beautiful scenery consisting of golf courses, sea and mountains. The 2 balconies offered the perfect scenery for relaxing and eating in should you decide not to dine out. In the communal area there was a children's playground and paddle pools to keep the little ones entertained as well as large pools for adults to relax and sunbathe. The flat was conveniently located – supermarkets, a children's soft play centre and restaurants were all less than 5 min drive away. A bit farther down the road was a long stretch of beach. You could pay to use the sunbeds in the beach club and enjoy the amazing food, or bring with you the beach chairs, parasol and towels that were provided in the flat. The flat was right opposite a 5-star luxury golf course resort, perfectly situated for couples/families who enjoy playing golf. Our BA flight was cancelled at the very last minute. Luckily the owner was very helpful and understanding and was able to accommodate us for an extra night on such short notice. The owner was friendly and easy to reach. Our queries were always addressed promptly. Our little one enjoyed it so much, she keep saying she’d like to go back again. We would highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again and again.
