Apartment located in the Orfeo urbanization (next to Hotel Siroco), a quiet complex on the second line of the beach and next to all services, such as all kinds of shops, bars, restaurants, public transport and a supermarket. The apartment is completely renovated, fully equipped with good taste and is distributed as follows: Living room with access to the beautiful sunny terrace facing southwest with views of the sea and the pool. Fully equipped renovated kitchen. 2 large bedrooms (to accommodate 4 people) and a bathroom with shower.

Fully equipped property with air conditioning (hot and cold) in the 2 bedrooms and the living room, ceiling fans, washing machine, double glazed windows, security safe, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, cot and high chair, bed linen, towels, TV in living room and main bedroom, and fully equipped kitchen.
