With a maximum capacity for 2 people, the accommodation features a comfortable double bed, sofa, air conditioning, heating and television, offering everything necessary for a comfortable stay during any time of year. 🏡✨ Please note that it does not have internet connection.



The American kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, juicer and basic kitchenware to prepare breakfasts and simple meals during your stay. ☕🍊



One of the great attractions of the complex is its three community swimming pools, including a large main pool, a medium-sized pool and a water area for the little ones. Furthermore, within the grounds you will find spacious common areas and the Mesón La Cordobesa restaurant, ideal for enjoying local gastronomy without needing to travel. 🏊‍♂️🍽️



Please note that the swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates and times established by the community of owners, and may vary according to season or internal decisions.



The location is excellent for discovering Benalmádena and the Costa del Sol. Within a few minutes you can access the beach, the seafront promenade, restaurants, supermarkets, public transport and numerous leisure and entertainment options. 🌊🎡🌴



Important: the maximum capacity allowed is 2 people. There is no cot or high chair available due to the size of the accommodation. Small pets are accepted upon request.



An ideal option for couples who wish to enjoy Benalmádena, the good weather and proximity to the sea in functional and well-located accommodation.

🔹 Mandatory deposit before check-in (refundable 48 hours after inspection).

🔹 No cot or high chair available

🔹 Small pets under 4kg are welcome upon request. A maximum of two pets per booking are permitted, with an additional supplement applied for each one not included in the reservation. 🐾

🔹 Parties and noise are not permitted during rest hours.

🔹 Travel insurance is recommended.

⏰ IMPORTANT: Check-ins from 21:00 onwards incur an additional charge that must be paid upon arrival.
