Only 80 m from the beach of Benalmádena and Puerto Marina, you will find this cozy vacation home with great private pool and surrounded by restaurants, bars and stores. On a spacious living area of 170 m² are distributed, in addition to the large living room with dining area and kitchen, the 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms over 2 floors. The house is ideal for a vacation with the whole family or friends and is optimally equipped for every season with air conditioning and heating systems. Also just a few kilometers away you can reach the golf course of Torrequebrada and make day trips with the whole family to the amusement park 'Tivoli', the aquarium 'Selwo Marina' and the beautiful parks 'La Paloma' and 'La Batería'.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
