Stylish Seaside 3 Bed Flat with Terrace + Sea View

Beautifully furnished 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Benalmádena located meters from the beach as well as being surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops! The bright kitchen/living space opens up onto a terrace with sea view! There are three bedrooms, two of which are large doubles with built in wardrobes. The master is ensuite. The third bedroom is equipped with bunkbeds making it ideal for family holidays! There is also a separate workspace should you need to work whilst you are away! This apartment is in Benalmádena Costa, which has a fabulous, long, wide sandy beach alongside a lovely pedestrianised promenade with a lot of beachfront restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. It enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine per year. The apartment has a super central location next to the beach, bars, restaurants, parks - there's a fantastic range of options, all in walking distance. No need for a car - although if you have one there’s a lot of amazing places you can easily reach from here. Happy to give recommendations for restaurants, day trips and local amenities. Close to the Benalmádena Puerto Marina, mini golf, aqua parks, sea world, beach clubs... Large, new gym next door with wide variety of classes and equipment (pay as you go.) You can take the cable car up the mountain and see the amazing coastal views; this area has plenty of great hiking trails too. From Mountain biking, watersports, yacht charter to dolphin spotting trips- there’s a variety of operators and options all very close by. The property is under a 20 minute drive from Malaga Airport (approximately 30 euros) and roughly 40 minutes by public transport. The area is best explored on foot due to its central location, and you don't need a car to stay here by any means! Alternatively the coast is well served with taxis/uber should you wish to travel slightly further afield. There is a gated residents car park you can park in. There's also a bus stop right outside the front door, West towards Marbella or East towards Malaga. Some easy day trips from here include Gibraltar, Ronda, Granada and the Alhambra, Mijas, Malaga city and more! Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following: 9pm - Midnight 20 euros Midnight - 2am 40 euros After 2am 60 euros This amount is payable in cash at the property. For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros). These amounts are also payable in cash on check-in.
