The houses are located in the heart of the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park, opposite the Cueva del Gato, in Benaoján, just 10 minutes from Ronda and 60 minutes from the Costa del Sol. Several hiking trails are nearby, such as the Cueva del Gato - Estación Jimera de Libar route, part of the Gran Senda de Málaga (Great Málaga Path).

The property consists of two single-story houses that form a private complex. The first house has a double bedroom with a double bed and two twin bedrooms, as well as a fully equipped separate kitchen and a living-dining room with a fireplace. It also has its own porch with outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area with a pergola, and a barbecue.

The second house has a double bedroom with a double bed and a twin bedroom. It also has a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace. Like the other house, it has a furnished porch and a terrace with a barbecue. Both houses have private bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
