"Nice hotel and location but the rooms are looking tired now. The property itself is really nice and looks the part. But the rooms you can tell haven’t been touched in 15-3rd 20 years. The location is ideal for Puerto Banus."

Only a single complaint: the complimentary airport shuttle is not provided for guests who book through Expedia, only direct bookings. Wish this had been a bit more clear.
