"location is quite far out of prague center, about 30-45 minutes on Metro and 45-60 by tram.
Check in was slow and staff didn't really seem to know what they were doing. I did try the self check in machine but they didn't work.
In the morning using the lift was a disaster, sometimes talking up to 15 minutes to get from room to reception.
The place was so busy that when u was leaving I couldn't get out the door! There was a large group who decided to block the door and nobody could get past.
I bought late check out. First time I tried to get back into the room the key didn't work. Back down 18 floors on the slowest lift in the world. I went back later just before I was due to checkout and the key didn't work. I stood in a queue, 5 members of staff ignored me.. they walked past, chatted to each other and eventually I had to interrupt. They key eventually was reactivated and after the door journey back up... the key didn't work. AGAIN! I was told it was because it was last checkout time... yes, because the key didn't work! Another return trip on the slowest lift and finally it worked.
You could excuse things like this if the price reflects the service. Staff all seemed very young and not well trained or knowledgeable and room was not good value."
