"Hard to turn around "

"This is always my go to stay when visiting Enchanted Rock, Inks Lake and the Llano/Burnet area. The owners are very nice and always welcoming every time I come down to explore. The rooms are perfect for somewhere pleasant, safe, clean, convenient to everything and all the amenities that you need without breaking the bank and another plus is that? Cooper’s BBQ is right across the street. It’s nice to look forward to your stay along with the adventure and it’s like this every time."

"Needed to check in early to prepare to go to a wedding and were denied. We found another arrangement who worked with us and provided a room. We ended up not staying at this hotel. I guess I have lost my money but lesson learned. "

"We had a fantastic family vacation at this house. The pool and hot tub were a huge bonus. Everything is well maintained. The house was very clean and comfortable. We can’t recommend this property enough. ** if you stay at this property, there is a very friendly dog who comes and visits almost daily. He always brightened our day when he visited. We learned that he has a home down the street and his name is Duke. "
