This inviting retreat is in the heart of Sunriver! It's walking distance to the Village and has close amenities such as the SHARC Aquatic Center, Meadows Golf Course and Tennis Courts. The Marina, Horse Stables, and Nature Observatory are just a few minutes down the road and there are 6 SHARC passes for your enjoyment.
The cozy home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms making it enjoyable for up to 7 guests. The private family room has a sleeper sofa that can sleep 2.
A huge private courtyard deck off the main kitchen/dining area makes for great dining and there's a second, private deck off the Master Bedroom overlooking the back woods reminding you to sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery of wooded land. There is a storage shed to store your bikes and/or other Central Oregon recreation gear.

Cute cottage; needed TLC
We came to Sunriver for a family wedding. This condo fit us well& was in a good location. The master bedroom sheets were dirty (like - had poop on them kind of dirty). We had to wash our own sheets & remake the bed. We told the owner & he said the cleaning crew is overwhelmed. Then one afternoon we returned to the cottage & a blue truck was blocking all the spaces to park… and there was a man in the condo! Imagine our surprise! He said he was a repairman. The owner sent us a last minute message that we did not receive until after being surprised by the repairman. He was a nice guy, moved his truck, but it was definitely disruptive & odd to be surprised by this. Plus- the repair wasn’t even made- so no dishwasher for our time there. Oh well. Sunriver is so cute & fun! I think a little more attention can be taken for cleanliness & upkeep.

The location of this place was great! However the cleaning not so much! I did receive a refund for my cleaning deposit. Just wonder how long we’ll blame COVID for people not doing their job properly? Definitely room for improvement at the property. AC was only in the living/dining/ kitchen area the family room was so hot! Which is where we had two kiddos sleeping. Bedrooms warm as well! There was 2 small fans provided definitely not enough! Flannel sheets suck when it’s warm! Definitely could do better with what they have. Could be a very nice place if some adjustments were made. For one when you take 5 kids it would’ve been nice to know the dishwasher didn’t work. Dirty dishes in the broken dishwasher. Owner did tell me there was recent issues with the dishwasher. Not sure why that couldn’t of been resolved? Dirty laundry from previous tenant in the washer, sheets and blankets in the dryer. Biggest spider webs I’ve ever seen in the family room above where the kids were sleeping which I had to sweep down before they’d go to bed in there. I did appreciate getting a return on my cleaning deposit. Owner was very responsive he just had to many excuses for why the house was not properly cleaned many cleaning issues at this property don’t think we’d stay here again.

Worst place ever
New Year’s Eve, We arrived at 4 o’clock the place was dirty the house cleaner showed up 15 minutes later We waited in a local parking lot for them to finish, We were hungry and cold, After three hours of waiting we decided to drive back home. The owner of the property said he would refund our money for a half a day and the cleaning deposit and we have not seen it yet! With all that being said, This place is way overpriced for what I saw, It says it sleeps seven… Seven very tiny people! The pictures are very Deceiving!

Cozy cute good location
Very cute and cabiny place for a post-holiday vacation. Couple of issues with check in: the owner forgot to send access info and we got in after texting him . Then the cleaners hadn't come yet and we waited until 7:30 for them to finish cleaning. But the owner was very responsive and refunded our cleaning fee. The cleaners were very nice people and even set up a fire for us. We had a great stay after the check in issues were resolved.
