Welcome to Rogue 7! Discover all of the comforts of home in a convenient Sunriver location with a private yard, covered decks, Bikes, Shuffleboard and (8) SHARC Passes. Savor your morning coffee while watching the kids play in the snow or on one of the many bikes provided, watch the deer from the upper deck, or sip wine in the relaxing hot tub on the lower patio. The views from the living room wall of windows are amazing and you will appreciate the close proximity to the Deschutes River.

• Take the kids and dogs for a hike along the miles of riverfront trails
• Spend the afternoon shopping and dining in Sunriver Village, then head back to the home for a BBQ dinner
• Watch the abundance of wildlife from the upper deck, lower deck or front entry deck
Spend your days playing in the river, mountain biking or skiing, and nights snuggled by the wood burning fireplace or in the relaxing hot tub. Play board games, put together a puzzle, or enjoy one of the four Smart TV's featuring Roku Guest Mode (where you can sign in to all your subscriptions - Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney +, DirectTV, Xfinity, etc.). When you feel like an adventure, there are miles trails located right out your front door.
The large driveway has ample space for your vehicles, making this home a great base camp for all your Central Oregon Adventures. Just a short walk away is the Cardinal Landing Bridge on the Big Deschutes River. A short drive takes you to the glacier-fed Fall River, which is world renowned for its stellar fly fishing and beautiful Falls that are a short 1/2 mile hike from the parking lot. Golf, shop, swim, dine and play in Sunriver! Less than an hour's drive gets you to all of the popular lakes in the Cascade range (Crescent, Cultus, Odell, Crane Prairie, Twin Lakes, Elk, Waldo, Lava, Wickiup to name a few). Mt. Bachelor is an easy 30 minute drive for some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the Pacific Northwest. This home is ideally located to take advantage of all that Central Oregon has to offer!
The home includes central heat and air conditioning, high-speed internet, and a washer and dryer. The three bedrooms are as follows: (1) Downstairs King master Bedroom with huge master bathroom and a sliding door that opens to the hot tub deck; (2) Downstairs King Bedroom; and (3) Downstairs Bedroom featuring a Queen over Queen bunk bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, in addition to the 65" Smart TV in the living room. The garage features Bikes, Shuffleboard, Darts and we have provided sleds and pickle ball supplies.
The kitchen is well stocked for home cooked meals, featuring new appliances, a coffee pot and grinder, Ninja blender, crock pot and plenty of dishes and utensils. The wood dining table and furnishings create a comfortable ambiance for your group meals and games.
Things to know:
The Primary Bedroom closet is used for owner storage and not accessible to guests. There is a bureau for clothing storage.
Owner has chosen to change to natural landscaping so grass is no longer being maintained.
Pet Policy:
We love our dogs and yours too! There is an additional pet fee of $20 per pet per night so please let us know if your dog(s) will be vacationing with you.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf
*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Guests are to report any needed repairs to such items. Cascara is not liable for and does not guarantee the quality, functionality, or safety of bikes or other items provided at the property.
After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

Booking Channel Guests:
Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.

The property is situated in a convenient Sunriver Resort location near the Deschutes River with multiple walking and biking trails right outside the front door. The front door and garage door are equipped with a keyless entry system and the private hot tub is professionally maintained. The front door, hot tub and wifi codes will be provided in a welcome email sent approximately a week before your arrival.
