Everything you need is right here in Pine Ridge 11. This updated, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has it all, forest views, a private hot tub, bikes, and a gas fireplace.

What a stunner! Downstairs you'll find an open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen combo where the whole family can gather together. There's a cozy gas fireplace and a large TVin the living room for snuggling down for some family time. The dining room has seating for 8 plus three more can sit at the breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen.

You'll also find a queen bedroom with a full en suite bathroom on the first floor.

Head upstairs for three more bedrooms and one full bathroom, a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and, a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds. The bathroom is a jack-and-jill accessible via the king and queen bedrooms.

Outside you'll find a private hot tub and back deck with patio furniture to enjoy the forest views with your morning cup of coffee.

When you are ready to get out and explore Sunriver, head off down the path on foot, or hop on one of the 3 adult and 2 kid's bicycles waiting for you in the garage. 4 Pine Ridge boasts a central location, making for a short trip to the Sharc or to Fort Rock Park where you can enjoy a playground, large, open field, picnic benches, tennis, and basketball courts. Shops and restaurants, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles.
