This two-level home is located in a woodland neighborhood of Sunriver Resort, just a few steps from a bike path (with three adult-size bikes to ride) and one mile south of the Village at Sunriver. You'll be one mile south of the Meadows Golf Course, and two miles south of the expansive aquatic facility, basketball courts, tubing hill, and disc golf course at SHARC. Come wintertime, you'll also find the wonderful slopes of Mt. Bachelor 22 miles northwest.

Fun, comfy cabin!

We had a great visit to this unique cabin!! The kitchen, family room, and guestrooms were cozy and well stocked. The more formal living room sofa was a bit dusty but we (and apparently others!)didn't use the room much. We loved the little quirky mini-lofts upstairs and the little office. It looks like it's set up really well for winter trips as well. Unfortunately there were wildfires to the West, so it was fairly smoky, but that's life in the PNW! We'd stay again..

Sunriver getaway

Our family of 5 had a great time at 5 Pine Needle. The home suited our needs well with having Sharc passes and 6 bikes. The bikes where great for adults and teenagers and we rode all over including getting breakfast and ice cream. There is a basketball net over the garage in the driveway, make sure to bring a ball. The home itself is cozy and it would good to send someone through to clean out the bathroom sinks and shower drains so everything drains properly. The outside sitting area was great for morning coffee and breakfast. Overall great house for the price.

Favorite family retreat

We've been having family reunions here for years and will continue. The house has had some upgrades which fixed a few minor issues. The layout is perfect for three couples. It's located perfectly for biking and walking. And, it's a one mile walk to the Village for shopping or dining. Best of all, it has great character and coziness. One thing - the beds, while not bad, could be more comfortable,, especially the one in the room next to the master BR (it's not level). This has been the case for a few years. Bottom line; we'll keep coming back.

Perfect vacation spot

Loved staying here. The house was perfect for our family. Loved the hot tub and having the sharc passes and bikes available. Everything was in close proximity. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

As advertised. SHARC passes added significant value, closer to shopping than we originally thought. Very close to Harper Bridge put in/pull out point on Deschutes. Useable bikes, bbq and hot tub. Everything worked.

Perfect for our fifth family reunion

This is like an old friend to us now. We started 10 years ago. It's been upgraded a little but it still has its old charm. The beds could be a little softer. But everything else is just about right for three couples. I hesitate giving it five stars,, it may become harder to reserve within 6 months of our usual June date. Really, this place is great.

Thanksgiving in Sunriver

We had a great time staying at this house in Sunriver. There’s so much to do and NOT enough time. The house was perfect for cooking a delicious Thanksgiving meal. We will definitely come back.

This was our first time visiting Sunriver and this home. It was a great first expierence!

The house was in a great location, we loved the privacy and how close it was to village. Everything is just a bike ride away. The house was stocked enough for all our needs and our kids and dog loved the house. We loved all our fun adventures and plan on returning next year. Thanks for sharing your home with us. Great Spot in Sunriver!

I really enjoyed time here with friends. The only thing that was an issue was the internet going out once — but I restarted the modem and all was fine! I would like to point out that the oven needs maintenance or replacing as it wouldn’t preheat past 315, but the stovetop worked! I’s also suggest: it’d be nice to have a better coffee maker, or at least a grinder! I went out and purchased my own Bunn (if you’re a coffee enthusiast like I am then head over the the hardware store nearby or bring your own coffee amenities if you can hehe). The hot tub was awesome, we enjoyed that a couple of nights and early mornings. The lighting in the house was great, I just didn’t have enough light outside, specifically the front door and the area around the hot tub when it was dark out. the kitchen space was open and nice, great for community meals and the seating around the home was exactly as advertised and clean, so definitely no complaints there! all in all, i’d say that place is a fantastic space for a small family or group of friends for a cozy weekend in sunriver.

The kitchen wasn't as well equipped as I'd like. No mixer to bake so we bought one and donated it to the house. Most pots and pans didn't seem very clean and one that is kept with the cookie sheets is more rust than pan!

Perfect family home

This is a great house located in a nice quiet spot. Walking distance to the bridge where you put in for the slow float. A short bike ride to all the activities. We'll definitely be back!

Great spot, close to river and Village. Interior decor is outdated, but house was comfortable. My only recommendation would be to pave the driveway...it's the only one in the loop with a dirt drive...creates a lot of dust, and makes the road look bad with all the tire tracks.
