"Guten Tag, im Ofen fanden wir noch die Essenreste von dem vorherigen Gasst. Demnach haben wir den ofen gar nicht benutzt. Bei der Schhlüsselbübergabe wurde erwähnt, dass die Badtür und das Sofa vom vorherigen Gast beschädigt worden sind. Die Badtür war kapput, sodass wir die Dusche gar nicht mehr benutzen konnten. Die Bilder der Wohnung entsprechen nicht die aus dem Internet. Wir erwarten zumindest ein Entschädigung. "
