"Good hotel and very friendly staff. Replacement of tea/coffee and cups bit intermittent and had to chase. Lift refurbishment but no problem if you don't mind service lift. Pool always busy, small for size of hotel. Would be better if you had to book."

"Each room had a theme of local celebrity and we liked the decor. They have a laundry room on each floor which is quite nice but beware the drying function will toast your clothes. Our toilet reeked of cigarette smoke and it was impossible to get rid of the smell. The management does constantly message ..."
