- This lovingly restored 1760 built house is set in a large (2500sqm/0.6acres) totally secluded mature garden with a fully enclosed 10x5m swimming pool in a tranquil area on the edge of the village of Benesse-Maremne about 8 km from the sea and the lively towns Hossegor, Capbreton and Seignosse. Our charming, stylishly furnished house has 4 large bedrooms - 1 double,1 double and extra single bed and 2 twins, 1 bathroom (bath and shower) and 1 shower room, a big farmhouse kitchen/dining room seating 10 comfortably with a huge fireplace, outside dining terrace, large comfortable lounge (Hi-Fi system,2 TV's and lots of DVD's are provided) and a further cosy Reception room. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
The property is fully enclosed with lots of parking spaces, child and pet friendly and safe.
