Check-in was a nightmare. The apartment was simply that. Special instructions had no phone number, so we couldn't contact proprietors. We spent more than an hour on the phone w/ a Travelocity rep in the Philippines while standing on the sidewalk in spitting rain. I finally pried a phone number from the rep, which my wife called. We finally got buzzed in remotely and there was a key card on the kitchen table. The apartment has potential, but it's drab and poorly maintained. The shower was not properly and there was dirt under the bed (I took pictures of both). There was grime on the light switches. We were left less than 1/3 roll of toilet paper. Perhaps at one time this apartment was a good choice. No so in May 2024.

The room was ok. I didn’t expect a shared common area and the included breakfast was off site. When asked about holding my bags while I explored on the day of checkout, I was only offered an exposed area to all guests. I didn’t feel safe leaving my things there. The owner was nice though!

Excellent séjour, en plein centre à proximité de tous les services de la ville: monuments, restos, shopping. Appartement moderne et bien équipé. Propriétaire toujours dispos au tel pour répondre à nos demandes.

Piacevole soggiorno all'ombra dell'arco di Traiano

E' un ottimo b&b molto pulito, con camere spaziose. Particolarmente consigliata la camera con bagno all'interno. Valeria è una bravissima padrona di casa, molto accogliente e disponibile. Si è molto autonomi, ma comunque sempre supportati in ogni minima esigenza.
