"Stayed two nights for work. The chair in the room might as well have been a concrete block, which when you're working away isn't a nice way to sit and relax in the evening. The taps in the sink and shower were stiff and almost uncontrollable for flow and temperature. The carpet was dirty and very tired, the towels were like sandpaper, and there were only two sockets, one of which was so loose it would certainly not pass a decent electrical inspection. To top it all off the staff on reception that I spoke were both pretty miserable and unhelpful, and wouldn't give me a VAT invoice for my stay. They said it was because I booked through Hotels.com, but every other hotel I've stayed at have been able to. I'm away a minimum of 100 nights a year too, so I know hotels! The room was cheap, but even then, it wasn't good value for money. I certainly won't stay again! Plenty of better places in the area for similar prices. Avoid this one if you can!"

"Our room was first class as was the staff we met. We just had a small breakfast but that was also top class. Only one thing spoiled it and that was Experia charging £38 more than the actual cost of the room if we had booked a hotel room directly. We won’t be using Experia again lesson learned (book direct)."

"The staff were very accommodating even when we were early, they managed to sort out a spotless room with 3 double beds, and was lovely and spacious. The downside is the expensive parking £24 for 2 days. Not sure why it's not free. It's on a retail park."
