Hotel/guesthouse? new and modern, front desk wasn't manned, but a quick call and someone quickly came to sort us out. The corner bath, onsen style was brilliant. Disappointing and hidden fee

Our room was offered including city view and bathtub, which was not at the end. They could do a bit more with cleaning and maintenance. Trying to charge extra for a pillow is not acceptable.

Convenient and clean, nice staff. Only one thing is need to take the stairs to the 2nd floor, it’s bit difficult for carry heavy luggage.
