This is an awful hotel. Pictures do not match the reality! Rooms are horrible with stains on bed, walls, windows and everywhere! Lunch buffet is even worse with very few and bad tasting items! Stay away!

Absolute bad experience. The mini fridge wasn't stocked, the towels well smelly, the ceiling had a patch job and to top it all up the shower knob was giving out current.

Overall stay was comfortable but a few faults spoilt our outlook of the hotel 1) only give 2 x 50 ml of drinking water per double room even though one of the rooms we booked had 2 children along with their parents staying there. Policy is very cheap 2) on check in and check out u had requested the duty manager to credit my stay to my Wyndham account - till date this has not been done

Ramada Bangalore - Horror stay, you should avoid!

Pathetic hotel and service by India Hotels. Hotel had no confirmation on the reservation. Made to wait for 30 minutes before checking-in. Dirty rooms, clueless service. On the spot tariff for room was 1500 rupees lesser than what I was charged.

Nothing SPL. there is no free WiFi facility and drinking water is restricted to 3 bottles per day . if suppose guest in need of water in mid night , may the hotel ask them to go out i think. and for all the hotel management telling the only reason that their tariff is comparatively less than other.

Ramada stay in Bangalore - 3 N/4D

Although the hotel is conveniently located the standard/quality of service can be lot better It no-where matches up to the ROYAL ORCHID standards, the staff are not trained or responsive, Response from Staff for queries , proactive ness is very poor and It is surprising in spite of the competitive vicinity of good hotels in Infrantry and cunningham road They do not understand basic customer service, Well lots to improve here and plenty to learn,

Overall Good.. But Ramada B'lore needs boost..

I am always fond of staying in Ramada - its a value for money deal for me. The Ramada staff has always been on the better side. Only thing I was disappointed with were the bathroom size. My problem is I have stayed in better property of Ramada. You spoilt me guys!! 1 more- if you could change your check-in/check-out timings ...it will really help some1 like me who arrives early always.
