The hotel is at a great location and looking good. However, the staff seems to be under motivated and hence the atmosphere is that of 3 star environment.

Horrible experience. Seriously 5 stars??

The property is fine but getting really old and need a refusrbishment. Staff is not professional at all. They charged me the rooms more than twice and after almost two months, I am still waiting for my money. Impossible to solve my problem. Transfer from the airport is finally charged after the promise to offer it to me.

While the property itself is lovely, with lush gardens and a great restaurant onsite, be forewarned that the top floor of this hotels turns into a club most evenings. I wouldn't have minded if it was properly soundproofed and didn't disturb hotel guests, but that certainly wasn't the case. It's quite loud and even from 5 floors away, the music was very noticeable. Moreover, after 8/9pm, the lobby and surrounding areas are packed with club-goers lining up to get in. Ultimately, not a very relaxing stay at all...
