"Overall, excellent location and place and everything was delightful, I would suggest a floor fan / oscillating fan in the apartment since it can get stuffy with all the windows closed and it would also provide some white noise over the people upstairs when they walk around at night. Someone smokes in the area by the elevator on a lower floor that rises to the upper floors but I assume there is no rule against that. "

"Pros: La cercanĂa del anfitriĂłn, siempre pendiente de todo, nos recomendĂł donde comer/cenar y nos dejĂł la nevera prĂĄcticamente llena que no nos hizo falta absolutamente nada.
Las habitaciones son sĂșper amplias, con ventilador, todo estĂĄ muy limpio y la verdad es que repetiremos seguro cuando regresemos por la zona.
Cons: No tengo nada que comentar, todo fue perfecto!"

"Pros: El apartamento tiene una buena distribuciĂłn, estaba todo limpio y ordenado,se aparca muy bien.
Cerca de Xativa,Anna.
La comunicaciĂłn con el propietario fue perfecta desde el minuto uno.
Cons: Nos saltaron varias veces los plomos,pues pusimos algĂșn calefactor, nos avisaron que pasarĂa. HabĂa calefacciĂłn central.
La ducha no la utilizamos, pq nos daba la sensaciĂłn de que se saldrĂa todo el agua jj ( no lo probamos jj)"
