"We felt very comfortable and loved the animals that live in the main house. Especially Oliver, he's adorable. Walking distance from everything Benecia has to offer. I would definitely stay there again."

"The location and area were great and made daily walks fantastic. The unit was nice and perfect for my needs, however, could benefit with a little attention to details. Most of the listed amenities were empty (great shampoo, condition and body wash container in large shower but empty) Trash cans had not been emptied and toilet not flushed. Unfortunately, the pictures of the outside space are NOT up to date. The outside has not been maintained and I had to sit on the steps if I wanted to enjoy...

"This is the tiniest space. It’s a bed in a box. You want to turn around? You’d better do it outside. Extremely overpriced for a space smaller than ANY hotel room I’ve ever experienced. The circa 1982 fixtures just set the whole thing off. There is a fridge. No mini microwave. So bring back a leftover, but you’re eating it cold. We regularly go to Napa. We will never stay here again."

"Cute little tiny home. Very modern and clean. However it was very cold with only one split AC/heater unit to heat the whole place. Perhaps some additional space heaters for each room would help ALOT. They provided cute slippers but they were dirty and used. Otherwise very nicely done and would come back again."

"This is a wonderful location to access Oakland, Marin, and San Francisco. The neighborhood is wonderful with many views from the property and walking through the neighborhood. Warren is so easy to reach and is very responsive to any questions you might have. The cute little town of Rockridge is only a 20 minute walk away, and of course very accessible by car. So many great independent stores and wonderful restaurant scene."

"The cottage was exactly as pictured and described. The host had welcome sign with my name, fresh cut flowers, coffee and a basket of welcoming goodies. Everything in the cottage was new, modern and clean. It’s quiet at night. WiFi was included. It is walking distance to stores and restaurants. Using Lyft or Uber was convenient but there is plenty of parking on the street if you have a car. It is definitely a very lovely place to stay. The host was very gracious."
