Stayed in 11-A for 3 nights. Just myself and a mate. But could easily have had room for a few more and would have been comfortable. Very clean and a terrific location just on the outskirts of the Old Town with an easy walk to the contrasting Benidorm centre. The beach and some very good bars and just meters away and the apartments are above a large supermarket. The Benidorm.booking office is a 15min walk away but once you’ve got your keys and they explained a few rules and expectations, you’re left to it. Easy. Good value for a self-catering stay in Benidorm. Small Non-smart TV

Nice location for both old and new town areas, lovely views. Huge balcony. Everything in the kitchen for a 3 night stay duration. Duvets for chilli nights . Pool looks very inviting, we found it on the last day. No instructionsdetails available for practical info, the bins/refuse area was the main query. It's a distance from the office and key collection to the apartment at night with no taxi around. No beach chairs unfortunately. Check out is at the office for 11am, although it says 12 on the door of the apartment.

Unas vistas fantásticas super cerca de todo, supermercado, restaurantes,discoteca 👍 El apartamento súper limpio y grande éramos 4 adultos y estuvimos muy cómodos. Tiene de todo,incluso en febrero nos hizo buen tiempo y sin mucho frío pero además el apartamento cuenta con mantas y nórdicos para las camas que son super cómodas. El agua caliente es por termo,pero la presión del agua es muy fuerte da gusto. La terraza es enorme con unas vistas espectaculares,eso sí uno de los días de la estancia hizo bastante aire y las ventanas correderas no cierran del todo bien. Un apartamento con muchísima luz natural,nos resultó muy agradable. Nos encantó poder dejar el coche en el parquing en el mismo edificio,todo un lujo,ya que es bastante complicado aparcar. Para ser el mes de febrero muchísima gente,super ambiente.😁 El sistema de calefacción por aire caliente en la habitación pequeña que está al fondo , no llega bien. Nos tuvimos que ver un tutorial en internet para ponerla en marcha 😃. El apartamento cuenta con wifi que funciona perfectamente bien.

Also the parking space is not marked. The key also didn't work on the inside to let the car out. There was a really fusty smell like drains.

Leuke locatie tegen het centrum van Benidorm. Het appartement ligt in een zijstraatje naar het strand. Mooi uitzicht op strand en zee, de plaats en de bergen. Prima wifi en compleet ingericht. Een matras van de twee eenpersoonsbedden had een kuil dus lag oncomfortabel. BVN en Engelstalige televisieprogramma's zouden aan te bevelen zijn. Ik weiger in de parkeergarage te parkeren, als je de beschadigingen op de pilaren ziet, dan weet je waarom. Daarom parkeer ik op de afgesloten parkeerplaats achter het appartement.

Location amazing Huge apartment plenty of room for 6 2 toilets and 1 shower Kitchen area really clean Massive enclosed balcony Absolutely loved it ! Will deffo be back Got to Benidorm at midnight and had to pick the keys up from the office it’s 20 mins walk away. No one at the office so was like a vending machine style drop key box which was really easy to do , but be so much easier to have a security box at the property and day before we checked out we dropped the keys off as we were leaving at 6 am didn’t want to walk to the office early hours . So had to stay in night before as had no keys to get in and out and only given one set between 6 of us . Other than that no other problems.

Más luz en el parking que en nuestra estancia anterior hace cuatro meses. No tenía buen mantenimiento, un armario colgante de la entrada sujeto con un cordón de subir los estores.
