Office procedures okay and pleasant staff. It was ataxi ride across the town to collect and return the keys. Also the key deposit of 200 euros has still not been returned (or kept) after one week reserved on my current account.

De locatie is perfect, garage onder het gebouw. Indeling appartement is goed, goede bedden. Geen WiFi de hele week, elke dag aangegeven, maar helaas konden ze niets doen. Er hangt vaak een rioollucht in het appartement, wat jammer is en het was ook zo goed schoongemaakt.

Avisarnos antes de viajar que en la casa no había nada, es decir, no había trapos ni servilletas ni papel de cocina etc y nos pidieron que la dejásemos sin nada ( como la habíamos encontrado) por tema Covid. Incómodo ir a sus oficinas a recoger las llaves.

Apartamento alto, planta 13, con muy buenas vistas. A un paso de todo. Amplio y comodo, aunque apenas lo utilizamos, ya que solo estuvimos dos noches. Las indicaciones para acceder al parking, totalmente confusas ya que nos indicaron otro número de finca. Esperemos mejoren la explicación.

De licatie is werkelijk geweldig ook de mogelijkheid om de autononder het gebouw te parkeren en zo met je koffers de lift in te gaan. Uitzicht is geweldig De spullen in het appartement waten behoorlijk armzalig. Er was haast niets aanwezig in de keuken aan glazen ed en het water van de douche liep super super slecht weg (douche zelf wel prima) Plastic stoelen op het terras (zit je dus een hele week op als 55 plusser, niet echt prettig 1 stopcontactin de keuken voor magnetron, waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat, maar aan 1 zijde een bedlampje dat gebruikt kan worden. De losse bedden hebben vreselijke matrassen en deel lattenbodem stuk

Widok z apartamentu jest nieziemski. Lokalizacja jest w samym centrum, zaraz obok jest plaża, dużo barów/ pubów i zabytkowa cześć miasteczka. Można było spokojnie korzystać z basenu. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne. Duży taras. Parking jest naprawdę dużym udogodnieniem bo ciężko znaleźć miejsce parkingowe w okolicy. drobnostka- brakowało leżaków które można byłoby zabrać na basen.

The apartment has a fabulous view over the beach and town!!! It is in a quiet street (for Benidorm) about 5-10 min walk to the main strip and 30 secs to the beach!!! It was clean and comfortable with a good balcony!!! 2 bathrooms was a bonus!!! The car park was hard to locate its not got any signs it’s actually through a grey gate next door to a restaurant (not part of the apartments) and the sat nav was taking us the wrong way?! That is the only thing and it was fine once we worked it out!!

It was a perfect property. Very well located. Very clean and very comfortable. The journey to collect the key and drop off the key again was extremely long and I wouldn&#39t stay again for that reason only. A reception in a property would be a must for me going forward.
