Very spacious apartment with great views from the balcony. Very close to the main bar areas and walking distance to the beach front. Overall, great location and value for money. Only the living room had an aircon unit so the bedrooms were quite warm during the night. This was noted on the listing FAQs so can't complain.

Location was perfect, so many local shops, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and places to go on your doorstep. The view was incredibly from the balcony, especially as it was on the top floor! Having to pick up your keys + drop off from a different location although they made it easy once there. One pillow per bed would be a better touch. The lift seemed to take forever to reach its destination.

Very clean and spacious. Very nice location. Really close to the night life but could not here a thing when sleeping. One evening there was a smell of sewerage in the appartment. The hot water wouldn&#39t do 3 showers so had to wait a little for water to heat up.

very spacious, great location, very clean. The parking gate could do with a sign saying it’s for the property as we drove past it once before we found it and as it’s on a one way street had to go around the block again to get in. Collecting the keys is a bit of an issue as it’s quite a distance from the apartment, having your own vehicle obviously helps but if transferring from airport etc you could end up having a bit of a hike with luggage.

Location was great Parking very handy Comfy beds Balcony area perfect Really good size apartment Beach equipment available to use You can see the sea!!! Bear in mind the room is on the 16th (top) floor of the tower block. Not a problem, they’re lifts but something to be aware of. Having a family of 5 we often had to wait for the hot water to heat back up so we could all complete our shower cycle. You can hear the noise from the local bars etc but it’s not a massive problem tbh.

Appartement was heel schoon, netjes en groot. Grote keuken en 2 wat kleinere badkamers met toilet, maar voloet uitstekend. Locatie is ook vrij centraal, alles op loopafstand. Nadeel is dat de sleutel opgehaald moet worden op 1,2 afstand. Ook wordt er geen rekening gehouden met vervroegd afhalen van de sleutel, bij vroege aankomst. Jammer.

Lovely big apartment. Was a little cold but cant help the weather.Had an issue with a toilet leaking but the company got someone out to it pretty quickly Wouldnt really change anything about the apartment. Would maybe have a key safe outside so that people can still get in if they get split up.

Apartment was very big and spacious The reception was a faff, nowhere near alteanos itself so when finally found the accomodation had to ring and be told to walk 15 minutes to meet there to get the key, wasn&#39t aware of this prior, would have had transfer drop us off there.

El piso está reformado. Cuenta con todos los servicios. No le falta detalle de nada. Desde su amplia terraza ves gran parte de Benidorm, incluso el mar. La piscina es amplia y las instalaciones están impecables. Pienso que debieran hacer una mejora en la limpieza. Es por ello que no le pongo un 10 al alojamiento.

Gostei do apartamento, da limpeza, da comidade. Tem o essencial para estarmos bem. Apesar de não estar junto á paria tivemos boa vista. Piscina boa também e tambem limpeza nos espaços exteriores. Apenas um pouco barulho exterior quando se quer dormir, mas naquela zona é normal. Se no futuro poderem melhorar a insonorização, seria excelente.
