Quiet, spacious and clean
This property is situated near the older part of town and very close to decent shops and restaurants. The property itself is very well maintained and spotlessly clean with ample space in a 2 bed apt and although there is no 24 hour reception when Pepe the manager is on duty he is very helpful as were all the staff. My only fault I could find and this is minor is that you are not allowed inflatables in the pool which should be mentioned in the small print and we were at 39 to 15 years of age by far the youngest there. Not for the party goers but perfect if you want to relax in quiet surroundings.

Somewhat remote and expensive
30 Euro charge for late check in. 200 Euro room deposit in cash on arrival. All extras, e.g. safe, are chargeable. Wifi was deplorable - paid for 7 days and actually got no more than 48 hours total over the 7 days. Some windows didn't lock. No ice cube trays in the freezer. No scissors in the kitchen tool drawer. Gas hob so take matches if you are staying more than 7 days (one small box provided). No electric kettle. Rubbish removal your responsibility but only two black bags provided for 4 people staying two weeks. There are apartment blocks in Benidorm with similar room standards but better service at a cheaper price.
