    Accommodation of 95 m² charming and is modern, It has views of the sea and the mountain.



    The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, fenced garden, terrace, iron, hair dryer, air conditioning (hot/cold), air-conditioned, open-air parking in the same building subject to availability on arrival, TV. Free wifi.

    The open plan kitchen, of vitroceramic, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.



    -Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

    -Credit/debit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.

    -Check-in from 16:30h (High season from 18:00h)

    -Check-out before 11:00h

Great views of the beach , central location for walking to new town of the old town Restaurant below had very good reviews however I never got to use it . plenty of shops and bars within couple of min walk Pick up of the keys could be easier rather than the walk to collect them

I would definitively staff at the place again. The location was superb and the apartment was modern

The location was perfect and was secure. There was no issues with noise pollution and it was good for the location tio the beach and the old town. There was nothing really that I could fault. On previous reviews there were issues bout WIFI but it was ok.

Muy buenas vistas,cerquita de la playa,muchisimas tiendecillas al lado vamos tanto por delante como por atrás,tanto de comestibles como de bazar y sobre todo parking en el mismo recinto.Me pidieron una fianza de 200€ y sin problemas me la devolvieron a la semana siguiente,osea todo muy bien y las chicas donde fuí a hacer el check in super simpáticas A lo que le falta una renovación es a los colchones y las almohadas(a mi personalmente no me gustan de esas tan gorditas)

Apartment was excellently located for the main strip, beach and old town, very central. It was well stocked with untensils etc, very clean and beds very comfy. View from the balcony is good onto the beach. Very quiet and great value for money, very spacious! Having to walk the 10 mins to collect/drop off keys wasn't an issue for us, but for anyone not so mobile etc this could be an issue. 4 of us stayed here and each night at least one of us had to have a cold shower as no hot water.

No gral, gostamos bastante do apartamento. Excelente localização. Muito perto da praia e de zona comercial. Bem equipado. Ar condicionado. Bastante agradável e espaçoso para um grupo de 4 a 6 pessoas. As camas são desconfortáveis e muito ruidosas. Mau estado de algumas peças de mobiliário. A manutenção geral do apartamento deveria ser mais cuidada. Ruído nocturno da avenida pode ser problemático ao fim de semana (não tem janelas duplas). Falta ar condicionado no quarto de casal e no quarto com as camas de beliche (e esse quarto é muito pequeno e muito quente). Velocidade do Wi-Fi era muito instável.

Het was een appartement met een heel mooi uitzicht en een mooie ligging

de locatie was top. zicht op zee en dichtbij winkels en een heel goed Amerikaans restaurant beneden het appartement Het was niet zo heel proper gekuist. In de slaapkamer met dubbel bed was er een smal bedje voor é personen met een heel dunne matras. In een badkamer was er rioolgeur. de zetels die er staan zijn ook aan vervanging toe, ik zakte door erdoor. de rolgordijnen waren kapot. Er is weinig materiaal om te koken. wij waren maar met 3 personen, met 6 personen kan je er niet koken.
