A good apartment, large, clean, good value, and great location - but allow time to collect the keys.

The apartment was larger than expected, was well presented and clean, and is in a great location close to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. The garage for our hire car was also very helpful and secure. Good value for money and would stay there again It was a little tricky to collect and deliver the keys from the third party office and it was difficult to find the car park first time. The air conditioning was fine for the main living/dining area but was not quite strong enough to fully reach the bedrooms.

Nothing short of amazing

Large spacious living space easily enough space for 6 adults to stay without feeling claustrophobic. We were only provided with one set of keys which was a bit awkward at times. Also we couldn’t get the intercom to work so to get into the property we were using phones and the key holder would then have to come down to let us in.

Nice apartment, clean pool. In the heart of benidorm without it being too loud on a night to sleep. Would have been nice for us to be told there was building works going on next door as it was very loud during the day. But this didn't spoil things too much. Broken glass around the pool and in the grass which we told the lifeguard about but she didn't seem bothered and didn't get anyone to clean it up

Excellent views and really convenient distance from the strip and also beach

Amazing view of Benidorm and it’s so close to the strip, made our stay so much easier to be able to nip back to the hotel to put phones on chargeto get changed. There wasn’t anything in particular, we couldn’t quite work out how to properly close the windows so there was a breeze at night which made it quite cold. We also couldn’t work out how to use the heating as it wouldn’t turn on when I pressed the power button.

Fantastický výhled z 16 patra na Benidorm. Čistota v celém domě. Předání klíčů, které probíhalo přes BENIDORMBOOKING, složitě jsme hledali jejich kancelář. Sedací soupravy jsou špinavé a některá lůžka na spaní nejsou kvalitní a vhodná pro 6 osob.

Acogedor, muy luminoso y con vistas espectaculares

El apartamento es muy luminoso y acogedor y tiene unas vistas impresionantes. La urbanización es de las mejores que he conocido. Tiene una piscina preciosa y muy bien cuidada. Al ser diciembre no la hemos podido utilizar pero sin embargo sí que hemos disfrutado de la piscina climatizada. Por supuesto que repetiría mi estancia en este bonito apartamento. Las cuatro almohadas eran muy altas y bastante duras.

La situation géographique

La situation géographique. La vue sur la ville. les voisins. Pas de wifi. Inacceptable aujourd'hui. Équipement défectueux (four, cuisinière, climatisation). Le four n'a jamais fonctionné. Le climatiseur s'éteint toutes les 4 heures, puis vous devez appuyer sur un bouton toutes les 4 heures pour que le climatiseur redémarre. Donc la nuit il faut se lever à minuit puis 4h du matin pour redémarrer la climatisation. L'ascenseur ne va pas jusqu'au parking, il faut donc emprunter les escaliers avec ses valises. Contrôler le téléviseur sans piles.

Amazing apartments

The apartment was 10 times better than we all expected, my whole group loved the apartment, the location, how spacious and clean the apartment was, everything about it was amazing, we will definitely be booking again. Loved everything about the apartment but if I had to say something that was missing would be air condoning, it gets very warm and sticky at night.

La valoración global es muy positiva. Ubicación, equipamiento comunitario (garaje, piscina) como de la vivienda (tostadora, wifi, cafetera, AACC en todas las estancias, dos baños, ...). También el trato del personal en la oficina. Faltaba un hule para comer en la mesa. En un armario empotrado, en el altillo había ropa de inquilinos anteriores. Si bien no es suciedad, da pie a pensar que la persona que limpió quizás no tuvo tiempo de repasar rincones.
