The apartment contained everything we needed. We had internet, heating washing facilities and a nice view. That we had to ask, if needed? for somebody to come to change the towels and the bedding. The water in the shower didnt drain very easy and the hot water only lasted for one person to have a shower.

Position. Close to beach and good local bars/supermarkets Bedroom was very small and you could only access bed from one side. The window in bedroom with no blind meant each time someone entered the landing the bedroom was flooded with light. Sofas in room were old and tatty with cigarette burns. Definitely need replacing. Lack of utensils in the kitchen. No dish drainer, no cereal dishes, no scissors, no colander/strainer. No wine glasses. Only one oven tray. Microwave was pointing backwards which sometimes meant the turntable didn't work. Took over 2 weeks to get security deposit credited back to my bank even though it should have been only a retention.

Gostamos dos sofás, a vista para a rua e a cozinha estava bem equipada. O quarto e cama é realmente muito pequeno e lá dentro faz falta um ar condicionado , como nós fomos propostos a fazer refeições no alojamento aqui quem for com a mesma ideia tem de prover de tudo praticamente pelo menos logo que já chega.

El apartamento está muy cerca de la playa, de bares, restaurantes, supermercados. El aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla y el menaje es muy completo. La piscina aunque es pequeña, pero cumplía su función. La limpieza del apartamento dejaba un poco que desear. En el baño, la alcachofa de la ducha no se sujetaba y la presión del agua es muy baja.

Location in proximity to the beach. Noisy building work going on in the apartment block and surrounding area. Lack of plug sockets, had to buy our own multi plug extension lead. Double glazing not effective in keeping street noise out.

A nice compact apartment in an ideal position within easy walking distance to all that Benidorm offers. Settee cushions need replacing, no filling in them but that is being picky!!

It was very clean & adequate for our needs the location was good for accessibility. But building work going on over the road near Port Benidorm was very noisy they worked late also Faulty wifi internet didnt work for about a week but was finally fixed also no access to pool

This is a true and accurate description. Staying for 19 nights September 2021. Apartment advertised as accomodating for up to 4 people, we were a party of 3 adults and found it very very clostrophobic. The bedroom is a very small single room with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. There is no room to manoeuvre due to the bed. You need to sleep with the small window and door open to allow air to circulate. Booking office kindly and speedily, gave us an electric fan to use. The bathroom although functional certainly needs upgrading. Broken rail inside shower, showerhead needs replacing, be careful when coming out of shower onto the tiles as water escapes from the cubicle making floor a hazard. No English instructions for washing machine. Flexi Pipe behind the bidet was corroded and burst,boiling water going everywhere, Again booking office were quick to replace. Kitchen and living space at first glance looked lovely and very modern. Two x two seater sofas converting to sleeping space, lovely table and chairs, beware chairs come loose at all the joints and you need to check daily and bang joints together again. We had to move the furniture to allow one of the sofa's to be pulled down as a bed( wouldn't like to image how 2 sofa's could be used as beds if need be). Fantastic free wi-fi connection, lovely private pool very clean. This accomodation is in a private residential building the residents are very nice and friendly.Most of all it is a gated property and secure. I think a list of damage already made should be available to people before renting the apartment would be courteous. For example in this apartment • Cracked window glass albeit external. • Both sofas with cigarette burns. •Dining chairs needing to be checked daily at the joints. •When staying for longer than a week, linen and towels should automatically with prior arrangement at check, in be told when they will be changed.

La zona de la cocina y comedor esta muy bien, muy util. Me gustó que tuviesen muchas toallas, no solo 1 por persona. Muy cerca del paseo marítimo. La habitacion no era como la esperabamos, solo hay sitio para la cama. El sofa cama no es muy comodo. No teniamos ni jabon de manos, nada para lavar los platos y demás. Tuvimos que comprar cosas de la casa como papel higiénico.

La ubicación, la limpieza, los muebles nuevos y la cocina muy bien equipada y nueva La claridad de la habitación, las miniventanas no son opacas y entra toda la claridad. La piscina de la comunidad regular, había muchos baldosines levantados y nos hemos cortado los pies.
