Los Gemelos 21-B

  • Renovated apartment on the first line of Levante beach, Benidorm, with direct access to it. It has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.

    90 m² accommodation, comfortable and spacious, with panoramic views of the sea, the beach and the city.



    It has a lift, 15 m² of glazed terrace with incredible views, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, 4 Televisions (Smart Tv in the living room and tv in all bedrooms) communal swimming pool open during the season, tennis court, outdoor parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival.

    The independent vitroceramic kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, clothes iron.



    - The key handover and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, just opposite the Casino.

    - A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or in cash if necessary.

    - Check-in from 16:30 (high season from 18:00)

    - Check-out before 11:00

Great Location Superb View

An amazing view and superb location. Over zealous building manager telling my son to take his sunglasses off. The pictures made the apartment look bigger than it was. I would say comfortable for four adults.

Excellent

Location was amazing. The view was outstanding. The layer of the property was strange but good at the same time. Would stop again. Go to the property looked around really nice. My son is 25 then needed to get the toilet. Then we found out there was no toilet roll in the property at all. Have to go down 21 floors. Find a shop to get toilet roll, but the same time it was funny But inconvenience as a property of that they should have toilet roll

Tired inside needs updating. Very clean, floors were still sandy though. 2 toilet rolls in total supplied. 1 lot of towels for each guest supplied for the week had to wash those and hang on inside dryer. Appliances are all new. The flush is not working properly in the on-suite which I have seen mentioned in other reviews, although access to apartment given, was not rectified. Noise from apartment above which appears to be being renovated. The views from this apartment are fantastic as I've read before could even be the best in Benidorm.

Brilliant stay!

Fantastic location, exceptional value and very clean apartment. Beds were comfortable and amazing views. Plenty of bedding and towels. 100% would stay again and fully recommended. If I am being very picky, small improvements could be, a few more toilet rolls, hand soap provided in the toilets. Air conditioning in the second bedroom would be welcomed too.

Mahtava sijainti ja uskomattoman upea näkymä merelle. Kaksi kylpyhuonetta todella hyvä isommalle seurueelle. WC-paperia riitti parille ensimmäiselle päivällä ja yövyimme kohteessa viikon. Samoin astianpesu- ja pyykinpesuainetta oli molempia yksi annos. Imuri olisi helpottanut lattioiden puhtaana pitämistä, kun hiekkaa kulkeutui rannalta tullessa asuntoon päivittäin.

Gemelos 21-B review

view comfortable beds , clean , central Location, Would consider booking again but noise from flat above a big concern , probably would put us of coming back using this apartment again, shame Building in flat above 7.45am till early evening , everyday, very noise flat above, loud rap music playing most days Arguments 2am in morning, could not sit on balcony due to loud drilling ect from Building works .eventually had enough and bang on ceiling and shouted, but still continued arguing

Fully equipped kitchen , every gadget you could ever need . Nice welcome pack and little touches like shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms Looks like the block is undergoing an internal refurbishment to the lobby area . Will give it a more modern feel so not much more to do really

locatie nieuwe stoelen elke keer een klein probleem maar snel opgelost. spijtig dat we 30 dagen moesten omwandelen langs de tuin aan de achterkant om naar binnen en buiten te gaan.

Situación inmejorable, vistas de película, apartamento limpio y cómodo TV de gran tamaño en cada dormitorio Los sillones del comedor están para cambiar, son inestables. La cocina es pequeña, pero bien equipada y con muchos armarios. Las almohadas no son cómodas, pero las camas sí que lo son.
