Há 30 anos que gozo férias em Benidorm e certamente, se a saúde mo permitir, serão mais alguns. É a minha segunda terra, para onde me transferia se económicamente me fosse possível. Passo sempre umas férias muito agradáveis e recomendo aos meus amigos. Ao nível de estadia, e já vão 5 anos sempre no mesmo apartamento, quero dizer que é sempre a mesma coisa. Não tem mudado rigorosamente nada om que por vezes o torna um pouco cansativo. Há que melhorar nos utensílios de cozinha, para que não aconteça o que aconteceu este ano, que tive que pedir uma faca de cortar legumes, uma saladeira e ainda uma tampa para o cifão da banca que não existe o que torna a situação um pouco incómoda e que não chegou a aparecer. Quanto ao resto nada a apontar, gosto do apartamento, da sua localização e não tenciono mudar. A minha avaliação geral é francamente positiva.

gosto da localização e do conforto em termos futuros gostaria de ver melhorada os aseios, uma vez que existem odores um pouco incomodativos. O roupeiro também tem problemas com as puertas não estão a abrir como deviam.

La ubicacion, las vistas. Que haya un empleado que te entregue las llaves el dia de llegada a la hora acordada. La amibilidad y profesionalidad de los empleados. Que fueran razonables con mis peticiones. Poner una percha para la toalla de lavabo. Quitar los dos sillones negros pues ya hay dos sillas y si la cama esta abatida quitan espacio al salon Dejar hasta las 12 el ultimo dia la salida del estudio.

La ubicación, el edificio, su entorno y limpieza Las instalaciones del baño, perdidas en ducha y drenaje defectuoso de cañerías. Sería bueno contar con dos camas en vez de una grande Estimado cliente, gracias por sus comentarios, revisaremos la ducha y el desagüe.
