About this property

Modern Apartment with Swimming Pool and Free Bikes

  • IMPORTANT NOTICE: Lift replacement works are currently being carried out in the building. During the works, only one lift will be available, so waiting times may be longer than usual at certain times. Additionally, as these are construction works, there may occasionally be dust in some common areas of the building.

    Fully refurbished apartment, very welcoming to enjoy a holiday in Benidorm.



    The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Mariscal 4 building and has capacity for 6 people. It has two bedrooms with double beds and ceiling fans. The living-dining room offers a sofa bed, TV, wifi and air conditioning and connects to the open-plan kitchen with American bar, fully equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher, as well as all the necessary kitchenware to enjoy your stay in our accommodation. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.

    Additionally, beach chairs are available and two bicycles exclusively for guests so you can make the most of your stay in Benidorm.



    The building has a communal swimming pool and communal parking subject to availability. The pool and garden area is connected to the pool and garden of the Mariscal V (5) block.
