"Food was excellent, even though the hotel doesn’t do all inclusive the drinks were reasonably priced."

"Superbes piscines et le SPA de qualité. Situation idéale entre plage et magasins. Chambres très cosy et très propre. Seul petit bémol pas de lit double comme demandé."

"The air condition was effective and life saving, as we arrived during the 3rd heatwave to Benidorm. Saulo, the multitasking receptionist was amazing, he succesfully tried to get all we asked for. The property was very clean, and in good condotion. The bed's mattress was just perfect (I am having problem with my lower back as I served 7.5 years in the army). This mattress was better then our one in Scotland. The wiev is stunning. We spend a lot of time sitting on the balcony, watching the...

"Very peaceful and a gorgous view at the aqua sports"

"I was expecting a decent decor at this hotel but is has areas of upgrade but on a budget. Room decor is basic and the showers are temperamental either scorching hot or freezing cold. Side view (no view) very small balcony No option to keep the room on despite the hotel being quiet. And dont be late checking out... we checked out on time but some other guest got charged €50 cause they still had a bag in the room 40mins later! Pool area is ok. Although the water has a constant oil film across...

"Lovely rooms but aircon not that great in the rooms in extreme temperatures, pool area very busy and food from the pool bar was undercooked"

"Friendly welcome by the staff. Very helpful Great location."

"Spotless room, fantastic staff. Breakfast was superb. Great location very close to beach and bars but just far back enough to be nice and quiet. Definitely stay again"

"Couldn’t fault a thing perfect for a short stay"

"Decent size and smooth enough check in process, but be prepared to spend time waiting for the lifts/elevators."

"Great hotel but top of a steep hill for any old people be warned "

"Hotel was centrally located and in what felt like a safe part of the town. The room was tired though, the sink tap had sheared off and was left to the side of the sink and the toilet button was broken. There appeared to be some water damage in the room at some point as the mini fridge and the wardrobe had water damage on them. Breakfast wasn't great but the coffee was good"

"Everything was lovely, clean & tidy, the staff were fantastic ..not the place for you if you can't handle a hard bed"
