Bonne expérience

Bien situé, à proximité de la plage et des transports en commun, le quartier est calme et agréable. Bonne expérience mais les seules chose à ajouter dans l'appartement était le réseau et wifi et une climatisation à la chambre où se trouve les deux lits car c'est une pièce assez renfermée et il fait très étouffant (Heureusement un ventilateur à été mis à notre disposition).

Apartamento genial en urbanización moderna

Cumplió nuestras expectativas ampliamente, seguramente repetiremos. Dispone de varias Piscinas y Padel, con un club de Golf con 9 hoyos muy cerca. Pudimos llevar a nuestro perrito, un cocker, al tener menos de 40kg y ser muy tranquilo. No tuvimos acceso al parking del edificio pero en la calle hay disponibilidad. Hay zona fitness comunitaria pero no dispusimos de llave necesaria. No está cerca de la playa pero es zona muy tranquila, se llega enseguida. Genial zona de senderismo justo al lado.

Deficiencias subsanadas, casi todas.

Al entrar la limpieza inexistente, después de advertir que mi hijo es alérgico al polvo. Multiples deficiencias, la mayoría subsanadas por un magnífico equipo técnico. La atención en el check in y telefonica genial. La distancia a la playa es demasiado, aunque eso ya lo sabíamos. Para lo que es el precio desproporcionado. Esperaba algo más.

Beautiful views from the terrace.

The apartment is as advertised, nice furnishings, very clean with all amenities. The views from the large terrace of the Mediterranean and sunrise are nice. It is not really walking distance from the center of Benidorm or the beaches, so you should have a car.
