"Nothing was good with this experience. We were not given check in information prior to arrival other than what was on the original booking. Once we arrived we could not access the building of the address which I had been given. I called multiple times and was spoken to by a very rude employee who at one point hung up on me when I asked for the number she had on the booking form. I was then thankfully helped by a local man who worked Nextdoor to the accommodation who told me check in was at 5pm....

"We recently spent a week in Benidorm which has beautiful beaches and a really family feel, provided you stay away from the Strip which offers a wealth of entertainment for all tastes! We were disappointed on arrival at this apartment as we had notified of our 12:30 expected arrival time but had not expected an early check in. On contacting the management firm they did say it would be ready a 2pm . We checked for the keys at around 2:30pm and happily they were ready. We then collected our luggage...
