"We've had a wonderful 2 weeks at the villa. We loved the house, the garden qnd the swimming pool. It was very hot during our stay (up to 40 one day!) but there was always a cool place in the shade in the garden or the pool or under the terrace with the roof fans. We explored Valencia and nearby attractions in the mornings (most things seemed to be around 20-30 mins drive) and spent the afternoons at the house. "Sleeps 9 people in beds, however 4 of those are bunk beds and one room has a bunk bed and single. There is also a couch if needed. The pool is excellent and inside facilities amble for our short stay. Because of our numbers the BBQ was a little small but we managed - everyone in our group enjoyed there stay and would both recommend to friends and stay again."

"This is a spacious 4 bed villa that is well equipped for all your needs. The on-site manager and owner were very responsive to queries and problems. The only real problem was that you need to take care with the electrics, especially the fridge, and not overhead the system. It’s better to fill the fridge over a couple of days rather than ram it full on day 1! You need a car a car as there are no local shops, and the metro into València (at August 2023) is truncated, so you need a car to get to...

"Homely and just perfect for us and our two spaniels. within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and shops yet private and wonderfully restful. The owners are delightful. Nothing was too much trouble and their kindness to us made our stay very special. The metro is 5 minutes away so going in to the city is very easy - you can just pop in for a few hours or go off for the day.. the city is quite beautiful with a wonderful ‘cafe society’ feel. We love it and hope to go back."

"The Villa was very nice and had everything you would need. The outside space was amazing, The pool Is lovely and clean and was bigger enough for our 3 kids to enjoy. The views are spectacular with the surrounding areas very peaceful. Just right to enjoy a relaxing holiday. There was plenty of seating area and sun beds, Also a good, shaded area to avoid the heat of the Sun. The Owners were quick to respond to any Questions, Also provided key information for our stay. A visit to Valencia...

"This property has everything you need for a great vacation. We were 5 adults and 2 kids who had a great time in this house. We had som tours in the area but mostly the kids wanted to be at the pool. The area is quite apart from barking dogs, but that’s a common problem throughout Spain. We can recommend this house for families."

"Lovely villa with absolutely stunning views. If you are looking for scenery and alot less people then this is the place for you. Definately need a car. Valencia beach, which is also amazing is about 1 hour again but there is a lovely lake nearby to also swim in. If you like hustle amd bustle not the place for you but if chilaxing is your thing, stock up at the supermarket and enjoy the place."

"We couldn't have asked for a lovelier vacation in Spain. Henri, Inge and Flynn greeted us. They stayed in contact throughout the trip, checking to be sure all was well and that we were enjoying our stay. The villa was immaculate with so much style. "Very clean, but you will need to supply basics like toilet paper, laundry detergent, hand soap etc. It may be that European VRBO properties do not include such items compared to US properties. Bed are ok - FD full bed in primary bedroom was comfortable but twin bed mattresses were not. Pillows are unusual - long and thin. Overall, a very nice stay. Be aware that the owners speak no English. I speak basic Spanish but I believe they speak a Valencian dialect, so when they meet you at the...
