We had a slightly hard time getting in touch with the host, but we found out it was an Expedia issue. Once we got in contact with Silvia she was extremely helpful, got us in and explained everything really well to us, after that we had a great time! Toda la zona es de parquímetro de pago, pero se aparca sin problema cruzando Gran Vía El acceso y entrega de llaves es muy cómodo, pero mejoraría la comunicación, ya que hasta el último día no nos dieron instrucciones sobre el acceso. "The property is in a great location and it’s lovely, but i don’t think it’s suitable for more than 2 people. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & the flat served its purpose, but a few things could be improved. We had to buy basic things like napkins, hand soap, dish soap, a trash bag for the restroom and a few other things. The power also went out a few times one morning when we were getting ready for the day. I would definitely recommend this flat, but for us, it was not a perfectly seamless stay."
