"Amenities were cleaned well, though my beddings seemed to be used (found what appeared to be makeup on the flip side of my pillow). Would’ve been useful to know beforehand that the rooms were not real rooms, therefore not soundproof. Also had to help new guests through a check-in process at 9:30pm one of the nights (miscommunication on some people’s parts). I loved that it was so close to a subway station. "

"Kind-of genius/kind-of a joke how they put bunk beds side by side, added partitions and blinds, then called them capsules. Ladders are really difficult to manage in the dark"
