"The house, the view, the beautiful clean pool was excellent and more than suited our needs. Definitely need a car. The location is necessary for the amazing view but the roads are not walkable and it is an hours walk to the beach and town. "Excellent communication before and during stay and quick response to a small issue. Pool was a standout as it was heated so it could be used daily, in February, by our grandchildren. The house was warm and heating was easily managed. The house met our high hopes, although we would have liked the outdoor eating areas to have more sun - we were there in February. Otherwise, a very good stay - thank you to our hosts and hope you would host us again. "

"Pros: The location of the apartment for Altea town, beach amenities is perfect. The apartment was perfect with the bonus of seaview. The host goes above and beyond. I'd definitely recommend and return. Cons: The pool got busy between 11.30-14.00 with some children unsupervised and had a disregard for younger/older swimmers. Advised not to hire a large car as the parking space is a little tight."

"Celebrated my Birthday here, first time visitors. Changed Dinner to lunch and it was great, plenty of choice. Same for breakfast, vast choice of everything including cava to start with bucks fizz. Lovely receptionist , very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return."

"Great choice if you'd like to stay in the Old Town. 10 minute stroll downhill to the best beach, Poniente. Buses stop in the main Street which is around 2 minutes away. Those buses will take you to Centro, Bus station, Tram station, Finestrat... The hotel is spacious. An array of lifts that may confuse you as they only take you to very specific floors. There's an auto laundry, a rarity to have in a Benidorm hotel. A gym. An indoor pool plus the outdoor version. My room was clean and well decorated. The carpets need replacing. The old style tub chairs in the main lounge need replacing. The duo of dining rooms are clean, well lit and noisy. Some acoustic panelling would be of benefit. On the subject of dining : you won't go hungry. The stews and cutlets of meat are tender and delicious. Vegetables are few, although salad is always available. The bread rolls are the freshest I've ever had in a hotel of this size in Beni! I'd stay here again, but would book breakfast only for more of what I'd like to eat rather than take what was on offer."

"Likes: great location right at the beach, buffet, rooftop pool. Dislikes: our room was right next to an elementary school (window directly overlooks school playground) and we could hear children screaming very early in the morning. There was also no parking available (we were told lot was full) and we had to figure out our own parking. The sink and shower drain in our room were also clogged. Based on the cost of the room and our experience, it’s unlikely we’d stay here again."
