The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blanket after checkout are already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

The villa El Molino has situated just 1km from the small cove of Advocat on the Benissa coast and 3 km for the main beach and centre of Moraira town, with walking distance to several restaurants and commercial centre Pepe la Sal. This attractive and very tastefully and the comfortably furnished villa enjoys excellent views, a nice and spacious Mediterranean garden with palm trees, lemon and olive trees.

It has a superb covered outdoor BBQ and dining area with a stone table and kitchen area as well as a large swimming pool and sun patio which is gated for child safety. All the accommodation is on one level except for 4 steps between the kitchen and the living area. Entrance to the villa into a large living area with a fireplace, Sat+TV, and DVD, dining place (the patio doors are able to fully open to make the room a shaded veranda). From here we access the pool terrace.

Two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, all 3 with Air conditioning units, with a full shower room. From the living area, 4 stairs down and you reach the kitchen area with sitting area, breakfast bar, a cooking range, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, and a further shower room/WC with access to the rear of the villa and to the pool terrace.
