It is located in a residential area, just 5 min. drive from the main points of the Benissa coast and 15 min drive from the towns of Calpe and Moraira.

Upstairs: Bright veranda with splendid view of the Mediterranean landscape. Living room with satellite TV and fireplace. Equipped American kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker). 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds) + air conditioning. 1 shower room / WC.

Outside: Enclosed land with trees. Private swimming pool of 7 x 4 meters with internal steps. Outdoor shower and deckchairs. Outdoor terrace, garden furniture.
Barbecue built. Possibility of parking a car at the entrance.
