On the GROUND FLOOR, you\'ll find a cosy living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV, followed by a fully equipped independent kitchen with a ceramic hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms await you: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Additionally, a bathroom with a separate bathtub and a laundry room for added convenience.



Upstairs on the FIRST FLOOR, discover a covered terrace with beautiful views of the valley. A second living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV and another fully equipped independent kitchen. Two spacious bedrooms with two single beds each and another with a double bed. This floor is completed with a bathroom with a separate shower.



Enjoy the fresh air in the lovely plot with its 8x4 metre swimming pool, equipped with Roman steps and an outdoor shower.
