COZY VILLA IN BENISSA COSTA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL AND SEA VIEWS. For up to 8 guests.



LAYOUT: VOLANTIS villa is divided in two floors. The groundfloor has a living room with panoramic views, a sofa for four guests and a small coffee table, and american kitchen full equipped to enjoy excellent meals. On the same floor there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower. We access the upper floor through the outdoor stairs. Firstly, we find a wonderful terrace with enough space for a few guests and spectacular sea views and Peñón de Ifach. Once we enter, we access a large space where there is a bright living room, dining room and American kitchen. On this floor we will find two bedrooms: one with single beds and one double. On this same floor we will have at our disposal two bathrooms with an Italian shower and a third bathroom with a shower.



OUTDOOR AREA: This glorious villa offers different outdoor spaces to relax and feel the pleasant Mediterranean breeze. The pool is surrounded by sunbeds as well as a chill out area under a pergola next to it. At the courtyard of the villa, we will find a space near the barbecue, where enjoy an amazing holiday with friends and family. Another option offered by the VOLANTIS villa is to enjoy the rooftop with views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach. A complete outdoor lounge is at our disposal, with comfortable armchairs and sofas for a true moment of relaxation. The villa has enough parking space for three vehicles.



LOCATION: VOLANTIS is located in a quiet street a few steps of Playa Fustera and Cala Els Pinets. We will find leisure areas and a supermarket a few minutes from the villa by walk.
