Casa Helena is situated in Cumbre del Sol close to Benitachell, Moraira and Javea and boasts remarkable views of the Meditteranean.

This exceptionally well presented private villa is entered via an electric gate and the property has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a large, well equipped kitchen, lounge diner, and beautifully curated outside areas. A large terrace and various areas to dine and relax. There are two double bedrooms and two twin rooms, over two floors.

The Space:
This private villa is situated on the Cumbre del Sol and offers exceptional views. It is a just short car ride from the popular towns of Javea, Moraira, and Denia. The villa currently sleeps up to 8 people with four bedrooms and three beautiful, modern bathrooms. The outside space is a wonderful place to relax and soak up not only the plentiful Spanish sunshine but also the unbeatable views.

This fully equipped property comes with central heating, AC, and ceiling fans, WIFI, TV, and a washing machine for guests’ use. The outside lounge is the perfect place to relax and the al fresco dining area offer the perfect sunset backdrop at the end of a hard day by the pool.

It is just an 15 minute drive to the ever-popular Javea with its beautiful Arenal beach and just 30 minutes to the bustling town of Denia where it is possible to get a ferry across to Ibiza and Majorca.

This area is a haven for sports enthusiasts with a golf course nearby, padel tennis facilities, watersports galore and the area is a hot spot for cycling as it was once the location for a La Vuelta stage so some breath taking rides just waiting for you.
