LAYOUT: The villa Ariane is distributed on two floors. When entering from the main terrace, we directly access the first floor. On this floor we will find a spacious living room formed by the lounge and dining room, giving rise to a spacious and warm space with direct access to the pool to share moments of coexistence with family or friends. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with appliances to cook all kinds of dishes. On our right, we will find the master bedroom, consisting of a double bed, a large dressing room and a bathroom with shower en suite. On this same floor, we will also find a second double room with a full bathroom. We will access the ground floor from the back of the villa. This area is very cool and pleasant. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a double bedroom with a bathroom en suite with shower.

EXTERIOR: The swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers for sunbathing, a table and several chairs for sharing meals outdoors. In the lower part of the garden, you will find a small table and chairs next to the plants and trees typical of the region that make up the garden of this charming villa.
