- Independent house completely renovated in 2024, located in the Bénodet countryside without close neighbors, in the countryside.
On the ground floor:
-large living room kitchen opening onto 2 stone terraces,
- Outdoor SPA for 5 people.
-master suite with bathroom.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a private shower room.
House located 2 km from the sea and 2 km from an 18-hole golf course.
Water sports and sailing nearby.
Environment with horses.
Facilities: Spa, trampoline, ping-pong table, barbecue
This accommodation is ideally located between the beaches of Fouesnant, Bénodet and the Golf de l'Odet.

100% Perfect
La propriété était belle, spacieuse et bien équipée. Le jacuzzi était un vrai plus. L'emplacement était idéal pour visiter Bénodet et ses environs. Le propriétaire était vraiment sympathique et serviable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Séjour Bénodet
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour - la grande maison récemment rénovée avec gout et qualité est très agréable à vivre au milieu d'une grande étendue de verdure au calme. Maison très bien équipée : jacouzzi - trampoling - table de ping pong. A proximité des plages de FOUESNANT et BENODET. Propriétaires très accueillants. Très bonne expérience !
