"It was loud. Anytime any hotel door closed near our room, it sounded like it was being slammed shut. Room definitely could've been cleaner, and the refrigerator could've been turned on. And Hilton charges for parking."

"The resort was very clean, with well maintained rooms. The housekeeping staff was excellent and our room was always sparkling clean with plenty of fresh towels and bottled water. The food was delicious at both restaurants. The adult only pool was closed due to an issue with pollen and had no reopening date. When I inquired they said it would be open in a day or two. When it finally did open there were children playing in the "adult only" pool, and it was not very clean. The pools are very small on this property, about the size of backyard pools to be honest. It was difficult to find an employee to ask any questions unless you went to the check in stand. Overall relaxing grounds, with clean rooms. "
